NsPro Axalto card not found!! - GSM-Forum

I've problems with installing NsPro Box on a new PC. When I first installed the box everything was OK,I've unlocked and flashed few phones,but after 2 days I'm getting this message when I want to launch the software: "Axalto card not found error (0x01)".
No other box is installed on the PC! I've tried to reinstall it few times,but again the same.

If somebody can tell me what it can be?!

Check if the smartcard is correctly inserted into box card reader.

HI FRIEND FIRSTLY RETRY MANY TIMES TO OPEN SOFTWARE IF NO SUCCESS THEN
REINSTALL NS PRO AGAIN DOWNLOAD LAST VERSION HERE http://www.nsteam.org/download.html
IF SAME AFTER REINSTALL
1.CHECK THAT SMART CARD IS INSERTED PROPERLY IN DONGLE
2.CHECK THAT AXALTO E-GATE DRIVERS ARE INSTALLED PROPERLY
3.CONNECT DONGLE GO TO START---CONTROL PANEL-----SYSTEM----HARDWARE------DEVICE MANAGER LOOK FOR NS PRO PORT SELECT A PORT BELOW THEN 10.
4.DOWNLOAD http://rapidshare.com/files/209982095/e-gate_3.0.6_xp2k.zip.html EXTARCT IN A FOLDER,NOW LOOK FOR E-GATE USB SMART CARD AND RIGHT CLICK UPDATE DRIVERS CHOOSE ADVANCE OPTION RATHER THEN AUTOMATIC GAVE PATH OF FOLDER WHERE YOU EXTRACT DRIVERS.
PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED,WITH BEST REGARDS,SUUNNYY

I do all this like it's written,and nothing changed,I still got the same error! I'm really confused about this!!!

Just make sure that U set/put the smart card correctly in it's place that is all and no other problem.Enjoy.
