NSPro card corrupted or not found

Hi all


I am getting this error on my nspro, I've tried different methods but it still doesn't work.
I have win7 installed but also tried nspro on xp, same error.

can this be because my activation has expired? if so, where can I activate from?

if this is not the case, then what could be the problem?

Plug then unplug your nspro in usb port.. try different ports.. restart ur computer.. try the nspro on a different computer.. if it works then your current system has driver issues.... try re installing.... hope this helps

I think u problem is Car Readr problem, install from Disk, Manually Directory no Automatic, ceck if reader in you BOX is Ok, if is Box whith Card Out can open this and ceck carefully reader then teste whith Opened Box and Card Inside, post result,

check is there e-gate smart card listed in edevice manager list its in the very end of it if not use another reader or open old one and check connection in old card reader
Just keep cool dont get nervous as I use to
