nspro problem"ns pro not detected"

hello, i am facing a problem with my ns pro box.when i conect it to usb port it blinks a blue on light on box.it ***** usb serial port 59 and 60 in device manager and usb serial converter A and B and not showing the ns pro port.i have uninstall drivers and setup many times and changed my pc too but no result.please guide me to fix this problem.thanx

The eeprom from your NsPro box is erased.
Use NsPro repair pack to write eeprom on your box.
You can find "NsPro Repair Pack" on nspro forum www.nsdongle.com/forum
If you dont know how to repair it, send the box back to reseller for replacement.

i download the ns pro repaire pack but every time i try to programe it it shows no device detected and when i search the device it shows number of blanck devices 1 and number of programed devices 0.can u guide me how to programe it.if i read the eeprom it shows this

There is a eeprom file in that repair pack.
Load that file into programer and write it on the eeprom.
Then disconnect and reconnect nspro box from PC and should be detected correctly.

every time i try to program it shows no device found.i tried 100 times now but no sucsess.tell me the step by step procidure.thanx
