Hi for all; i'm new user with nspro i baught it there are three days ago. when i install it ; nspro detect normally, but when i want to unlock one phone, the soft says operation failed; If any person has this problem and solved, please help me. sincerly yours ; sorry for my english.

HI FRIEND STRANGE PROBLEM UNINSTALL NS PRO RESTART COMPUTER AND INSTALL AGAIN GAVE A LOOK HERE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRg4-m-Cruo IF AFTER ALL PROBLEM REMAIN CONTACT TO YOUR RESELLER TO CHANGE THE BOX.WITH BEST REGARDS,SUUNNYY
