i have the same problem. i dont' want to reinstal the windows. the ns pro work ok on other pc but in this with the problem i have tried all kind of things and just one work until one point. it work like this. unintstal ns pro, detele from program files, restart pc and reinstall ns pro but when asked you in what folder to put the files put another by example nsproo, not the original nspro. at my pc work this until i've tried to install the blackberry soft for drivers and after that it's not working ns pro and z3x, both freeze at start, must to restart pc...i'm waiting another solution. dont tell me something like install driver corect...i've installed ns pro thousand times and i know ho
