S6 no signal after factory reset - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,

Customer performed factory reset on their phone and now it doesn't get signal on any network.

Imei is intact.

What could the problem be?

Check if phone is blacklisted and if imei is original one

Dial *#06# to check IMEI
AND CERT STATUS
