Not supported with nspro but it's same i600 and i780 u can try to get info

with select other model like i600 or i780

plz post result

I have tested with selecting I780 but nothing.
Pressin Get Info shows like this:
IMEI 35691201000258
BT Address 309D0F431C00
Net Lock 00000000
Subset Lock 00000000
SP lock 00000000
CP Lock 00000000

I have tried to make hard reset but nothing or I dont make the right procedure.
Any help?

power on phone
hold send & red button 2gether
press reset with sylus.
it wil bring out a red light
release the stylus
stil hold send & red button 2gether
it will then bring out a format mode

There are several other ways to do a hard reset. To enter either of the hard reset modes, you must turn the device off first.

First method:
Press "0 + 4-way navigation key UP + Power" simultaneously. After the phone prompts for reset, press 1 and then Y.

Second method:
Press "6 + # + Power" simultaneously.

Format Mode method:
Press "OK + Power" simultaneously
