samsung zv10 unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

hi,
i got a samsung zv10 for unlock, it detect the fone but it fails on unlocking. i searched and saw that we have to flash the phone to downgrade it version but how can we flash it, elco if the flash write option is disabled.

also there is a firmware on support called zv10 patched for unlock.

can pls some1 have a solution to post it here.

First you have to dowload from support zv10 flasher and modem code for zv10(unlockpatched) them flash only modem code you dont need to flash anything else only modem code when modem code as flashed unlock with normal way and that´s it phone unlocked....to put phone in flash mode key 9 and power on the phone

what about if the flash process stops in the middle like for e.g. battery dead ar accidental cable disconnect will i still be able to flash the fone or the fone will be completely dead?????

If you are using NsPro, you can unlock the phone without flashing with pached modem code. Just use Get Info then UNLOCK function.

If you are using NsPro, you can find pached modem code file on ZV10 folder from NsDongle support area.

So this only for NSPro support?? How about NSdongle??

For nsdongle customer u have to flash modem code which is patched for unlock.
