software doesn`t start - GSM-Forum

Hi, I`ve got a problem with my ns dongle I`ve just bought. I`m quite sure I`ve done exactly the installation procedure, installing the software first and then pluggin in the box make it recognize drivers. But when I try to open the updater or the sw clicking on the icon it doesn`t start.
What am I doing wrong? when I put the dongle in just the power led switches on and nothing more, is it correct? I`ve looked for solution in the forum but.... sorry

You have to update your dongel otherwise it wont start.
I hade the same problem,

Then your dongel is not recognised by your system, I think you have to check that it is installed correctly, Or try to put it in a USB-HUB, I myself have som problem sometimes when I put in usb direct to computer.
