Strange problem in E490,mp3 doent have sound - GSM-Forum

Mates I have faced a srtange problem in E490 ,everything such as 3gp,mp4 have sound but only mp3 and its turn on and off tone doesnt have sound ,I flashed but still same ,any solution please?

May be u r problem in hardware.
Like Strip.....?

But 3gp and mp4 have sound if it is strip problem in this case there should be no sound for all

Flash the phone with another version.
May be this version is not match with this hardware.

Sir I flashed with diffrent version but no result,still mp3 doesnt have sound.
