im trying the same thing and i am not getting the phone to detect, i press 9+power and the phone shows "download" on the screen i connect it to the cable and it is still telling me phone not detected.

can i download the firmware from another place,
cause i cant go to support area,
i checked as you said,
i downloaded last firmware 4.3.1,
and when i hit support it says

"requested page was not found"

what can i do?

Bro A737 can also b unlock ed by only flashing the modem code part
