where is the flashing file ?

dont flash what you do is do reset the phone using cable called E210 dont gotget thanks

bro only flash can help him usercode unlocking is not supported by any box.

Help i need help to reset phone code!!!

i tried "RESET PHONE CODE", EVERTIME i try that, NSPRO will crash and causing my pc to reboot! ELCO PLS HELP

For unlocking security code flash ur phone all will ok.

And for Restarting pc clean comports.

I have the same problem. Phone will always ask for password, even with no sim.( so can't use *2767*3855#) When you UNLOCK (simlock) the phone nspro will do it but when you go to SERVICE JOBS and chose RESET PHONE CODE it will say phone not found. Any solutions ? Somebody told me that my drivers might be bad but they're not. I tried flashing the phone with flash from support and phone not found. I use E210 cable with the power extension and no luck.

hi friends it is very easy to do it go to service job and the will set to factory set 00000000 then put 00000000 that is all then if u want u can reset to factory sating *2767*3855# no more password dont forget to say thanx

If Same cable Works for u In Unlocking .... it should work fine for Service JOBS as well..BT should be off to allow USB communication...Installed Drivers Correct Ones..Powered ON phone ..Should be Processed Fine for Reset Phone Code
