Usb not recognized - GSM-Forum

When i connect some phone with nspro just like b100 b200 and z***** phone. System gives me msg usb not recognized.

What can i do to cope with this problem

1at change usb cable if cable is ok then restart pc then check again

use NsPro C450 cable and will be just fine.

there is a large difference between c450 and z500 cables.
