Usb not recognized


When i connect some phone with nspro just like b100 b200 and z***** phone. System gives me msg usb not recognized.


What can i do to cope with this problem

ns team plz help

1at change usb cable if cable is ok then restart pc then check again

use NsPro C450 cable and will be just fine.
