x830 imei problem


hi cust gave me x830which displays limited service on all networks except for orange uk. i have changed imei but issue is still the same???

any advice?? imei change goes through successfully!

If the phone is X830:
Select C400 andwrite any IMEI on that phone
Then select X830 and write backthe original IMEI.

If the phone is X830N:
Write the X830N NVM file from support area to that phone then write back the original IMEI to that phone
