z500 dead - GSM-Forum

Hi Elco i have a dead z500 it stopped at 39% when debranding all it does now it blink when i pres 9+power can you help?

i have done about 5 now and all ok just this 1

Thae battery whas low and you have tryed to flash......
Try to puth phone on download mode using a fully charged battery then try to flash that phone again.

it will not go into download mode any other help

If the phone not enter in download mode then is no solution for that one in this moment.Next time use a fully charged battery.This is the rule #1 when you flash any phone.

We had customewr send us a dead Z500 which died also due to insufficient power in battery & managed to revive it using variable power supply box instead of battery when flashing!!

If you have one, try it and it may just work ok!!
