How can i repair a ZV60 with phone freeze?

Already tried normal unlocking but didnt remove the phone freeze thing.

hi bro..flash ur phone to zv60patch file from support.after flash click do direct unlock..

2. connect powered on phone with any sim card inside to nspro cable and use UNLOCK function on NsPro.

u can unlock this phone via NSPRO use latest version and first flash patch file download from support than power ON phone and press direct unlock

software 4.2.1 not work with zv60
software 4.2.2. work.
with software 4.2.1. alway give operation failed after msl calculation.
with 4.2.2. all work good.
tested with some phones.

Tested and worked 100%. So, to remove 'phone freeze' all you need to do is click on 'unlock' with non accepted simcard and with 'phone freeze' message on screen.
