my universal box not working


Just got my universal box yesterday and i install to my pc, everything was working fine until this evening!!!!


I got red mesage Device failed at USB Universal Box UBS7wdnv?

Plz help

@ josephmakambala..connect 12 v adaptor...then go to setup/general use usb/apply to calibrate ur box ..!

the adaptor that was supply to me by gsm server say: out put 12v i connect it with the box and when to setup/general i use usb/apply still the samething:

I got red mesage Device failed at USB Universal Box UBS7wdnv?

sorry my adaptor input 240v and output 14 v from gsm server with the box

shoul i get one 4 12v output do you think i could use the old type nokia charger as adaptor?

use adaptor came from the package of UB box.

I got The adaptor from gsm server in the UB package is: output 14v and input 240v and i try still the same thing:

my ub lifetimer was 6 months, it has bomb built in, like they use in some place of this world, it goes off unexpected, when used in a populated area, especially market sales booth.

My UB been going for years, only trouble is UB team keep asking for more money to make funtions work. Give price then after you pay add a little more and ask you pay again and so on.
Brilliant tool but getting like Furiousbox always want more money without good support.
