Zulea. could you help? PBB error? - GSM-Forum

Hi,
two days ago next problem appears: PBB can not flash cause error when start erasing, more - BBtool 5.0 can not enter support area... Did install Phoenix + PBB on the "clear" PC(W2000SP4), did try to connect with the support site from differnt locations - result is the same... Did try to update online from 0B to 0B, when "write default eeprom" is choosen - serial becomes 0, changing to original one is successfull but gives no positive results... all this looks like it happened a few days after update to 0B. Any ideas?

same problem for me.after update serial erased and cant flash phones!!
i try to write sn manualy but not solved and cant enter to support area too.
pls zulea solve this problem for us.

I have exactly the same problem, no flashning, no support page.

Please help.

the cable rg45 doesnt work good
