Hi,

To access Support Area is no more needed login/password.
Simple and easy, just follow instructions from here:

http://www.phoenixblackbox.com/support/

If on your ISP nameserver cache is still not updated, can directly access by IP address here:

http://12.158.191.184/support/

Also, new firmware version (vers. 0B) and new online update server (at this new hosting IP) is ready. This new PBB firmware allow install and run latest Phoenix (Phoenix_Service_Software_2005_36_10_115 and Phoenix_Service_Sw_patch_2005_36_11_116). To update your PBB to latest firmware version, just use latest BlackBoxTool_v50

I am sorry again for delayed update, but working from China is almost impossible.

When U will rellease PBB USB version, many people use notebooks or laptop's
and dont have parallel port on them.

Buy a new PC with LPT port. 2nd choice is not to use PBB coz its impossible for you to run PBB without LPT port in your PC.
