Have you flashed the phone?If yes and it freezes again then it's the hardware problem not the software.Samsung is a very bad phone.We have many freezing phones here in Baku and here nobody can repair it because it's flash and etc is attached with glue...

Yup its the problem of its KEYPAD IC if u know which one is it change it .....It will be ok and u know SAMSUNG S***KS
