Reset phone user settings to default factory values (RF,BAT etc. calibration values not resetted)

PMC_CHECK removed: not important original phone region, so you can flash Asian phones to European w/o problems

Possible to write any part of flash separately: Main/Map/LangPack
LP1: Deutsch, French, Italian, Dutch
LP2: French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese
LP3: Deutsch, French, Italian, Russian

Operation time: Full flashing: 8 min (fast COM port, f.e. USB->RS232 converter), 29 min (ordinary COM port)

Only full flashing possible, not possible to flash only LP
