0FAA problem

its 3th phone with similar problem
cant read full
phones are brand new from pack and different models

Hi,

Please, double check that you have enough free space on your HDD (current drive and system drive).
Also be sure that phone battery is enough charged (use external power supply if possible).
Also it may be a problem with phone hardware (f.e. some kind of problems with flash chip, but I am not sure).

2. 4,0v enough? ext power no matter
3. maybe, but its not first phone with such error, and all phones was in good condition

3. in fact I am not sure is it hw problem or not.
if you have some time, please, try to read flash once again and see results.
if read process stop again exactly at the same address (f.e. again and again at 811%) - I think that it's a hardware problem and software can not read more that 81% of data from flash chip.
but if you will see that software stop aty different address - I think it's not a hw problem. in this case I suggest you to try to read flash at other PC and see results.

i tried on 115200 - same result, error on 81%
but i think its not hw
btw, this phone had restart on power
i try safe format:
