i cant reset my user code of F339,when m selecting diagnostic port after sometime it says,acces violation bla bla....m software hang on
COM85 [sscdserd0] selected
module v1.62
Device: Samsung-SCH-F339
operation: user code
Phone should be Switched ON !
connecting...
Resseting user code...

then i have to close the application n restart

N when m selecting modem port it says

COM82 [sscdmdm0] selected
module v1.62
Device: Samsung-SCH-F339
operation: user code
Phone should be Switched ON !
connecting...
Resseting user code...
Done...
Finished, time used: 16 sec

but my fone is in same condition i tries 000 n 1234 but no sucess,i pull battery out n restart fon but same

After googling a bit, i got sucess when m connecting my fone in boot mode that is volume + and lock and power,selecting diagnostic port phone rebuild,now my phone is in eng.mode.to reset dat, i Press *759#813580 in idle state and then select Master reset,enter new password 0000,fone restarted n every thing goes fine,thanks infi team.for adding this model
