and change imei cannot detect

Hello,

Whai is the problem with phone ?
What is the results after format operation ?

Also, pls check message given by software. To make full support for this phone we need to get full flash backup by e-mail, eeprom backup is NOT enough.

Did you tried to restore original backup ?
Did you tried to make "safe" format after original backup restore ?

i try to back eeprom files now power-onn the but theysame problem i put the sim the phone automatic restart ang one problem i cannot change again emei plsssss help me sir tanx
