Alcatel 5030D Unlock issues - SUPPORT please check

I'm trying to unlock this phone since y-day.
First it was in system as queued then 'executing'. Program always say to 'try after 15min'. Please check, here logs:

That one has been with new revision/stock chip. Processed.
Next ones will not have such issue.
