pls help i have alcatel ot-s621 to unlock
so i hav to flash it, after i flash it the screen when blank and the phone power
on. pls i urgently need solution for this problem

HI, this problem is from imcopatibility firmware, try other firm from support..

use last firmware and phone alive..

downgrade will damage it..
