When i open the softwere and conect the box computer restart any body solved my problem

Reinstall drivers and set up once again and then try. Also if you have yahoo messenger installed on your pc just uninstall it as sometimes it creates problem while opening module.

no thats not solve ur problem, when u attached ur infintiy to another usb port it will ask for driver and install the drivers and it will ask there is a file on system u like to over write yes or no and u will push yes to all thats creat the problem, i faced this problem many time u have to reinstall ur window this is the only way to solve ur problem mate, this problem accured due to driver clash

i again instal the window and conect the box.box conect seccesfuly but som time box error sofwere corupted and download softwere.but restart problem solved

format ur pc and reinstall infinity drivers and please read the installation guide carefully before installing infinity drivers

infinity team have giver a very good instruction guide please follow it

Mate before conecting box go and open programfiles>Infinity Box>DriverS>box>FTDI > uninstall FTDI Drivers and than conect your device an insall its Driver but becarefull install acording to the manuall wich comes in Setup of infinity.

Chechk your PC with any System utilities ( like Norton utilities ) and try to made some update ...later conect your box ...chechk drivers ..and if drivers are OK ...you will open infinity program
