Alway's Show - error: data error ! Loading failed, probably damaged data file - GSM-Forum

Hello Infinity Team,

Last night i try to flash the S707n phone with another firmware frm support.
First i full back up the current phone firmware. Second i download the flash file of S707n frm support. I flash the phone frm downloaded flash file and phone goes to dead condition. So i try to flash the set with backup file but whenever i try to load the backup file it show this error...

Today i read this same firmware frm Infinity Box & try to flash the phone with same way but read out frm working set file show this error.

So Infinity Team i read this firmware frm spiderMan Box & try to write this readed file into dead set. After flash with spider phone is power up

So Please Infinity Team check this error.

Also i send this error report to support team last night. (please check that)

How to restore full flash backup:

It is possible to restore back eeprom/ffs files without additional files conversion.
It is not possible to restore full flash files to avoid permanently dead phones.

If you have full flash backup file and want to restore it:
1. Check support area, probably required file already exist there
2. If required file is not found send a mail with the next information to support:
- reason to send files
- full text from phone back label
- flash backup file
We will check your files, prepare and upload good flash files in support area ASAP.

I download the new flash file frm support & i will post the result.

After flash the set phone is power on & working.
but sometime it goes to White screen & hang there. After hanging not responce from phone. In that condition only way to remove battry & repeat power on the set.

So Infinity team any solution for white screeen Hang problem for this set Otherwise i check the phone in hardware ?

I suggest you to check phone hardware.
