Thumbs down bad support from infinity team


I've been an infinity user since 2007, all of sudden my smart card stops updating, i speak to support and they tell me to buy a replacement smart card, well so i did, they charged me $105 us dollars. The deal is they never sent me an email confirming package delivery, never sent me tracking number for the package, and after 45 days, i tell them that I was gonna report the transaction to paypal. I was told to wait a bit longer and that they will sent me an email with tracking number and everything else, this never happened. When I get in touch with support again they ask me for a cellphone number to send me the tracking number vis SMS, I give them my phone and never got the sms, so i told them i was reporting to paypal later that night. After that they sent me an email and refunded my money. If you are readings this, please be the judge of this team's support.
At the very end i got no smart card, and I had to BUY a diferent box with decent support. If you need proof of this i got paypal receipt and i can post it if i receive and agressive response for opening this thread.

bro its first time i read about this, infinity team, is a trusted one,may be it was resseller not team its self.

dear infinity team i'm sorry to say i'm reporting to paypal tonight. I was expecting a whole lot better service from you, i'm seriously disapponted. your payment was never cleared to us , as when you sent the payment to us paypal blocked our account , our account is still blocked and we had to refund money to all customers whose order was pending , we asked you to pay by western union but you said you could only do paypal

Dear infinity supporter, that is true, but as you will know i was never told that paypal account was suspended, and you may notice that in the email above. But besides that paying for something that i buy on line with western union is not a choice, given the fact that there is no way to claim a refund if something goes wrong. Paypal and Webmoney are the only two companys responsable for the transactions that we pay on line.With all due respect, not saying that your paypal account was suspended was not very honest. but then again, that is just my opinion.Next time i'll see myself force to deal with a more serious reseller rather than support.
