does anyone know if the benq siemens ef61 testpoint? i have had one to try but not sure if i'm using the correct cable or need to do testpoint.

joined support folder and didnt find pinout folder . could u kindly guide me which cable to use to unlock this ef61 ?

hi there plz i'm trying to unlock Ef61 in the same way u r telling........ means i'm using M300 cable with infinity box but it doesnt go ahead after giving msg power on the button

Hi,

It can be cable problem. Check that your cable not damaged and phonme connector not damaged.

I Unlocked M300 Perfectly With The Same Cable No Any Problem.
If Its A Cable Problem Then It Must Have Not Work With M300.

Right Now I Unlocked O2x1b With The The Same Cable . It Worked Fine.............. So What Can Be The Prblem That Its Not Unlocking Benq Siemens Ef61??

Hi,
check phone bottom connector. probably phone connector damaged.
if you can commect M300 it have to be no any problems with EF61 too.

Make sure your M300 cable is connected to the com port on infinity box and the switch is set to mbus
