Hi infinity Team
i have got Bird S1186 when i open the software its opening but cannot rest unlock code its with out connecting phone saying error or disable pls help me....
software not working on moto 03 module....

What cable you have used ?
What is the error exactly ?

Before i plug the cable i check the soft its error.

i have to check 2mor sir im in nw at home.if u have software u can check the foulty nw pls select the bird s1186 n go to the user phone locke then u will know the problem

S1180 but b4 i plug the cable its say this msg.after plug also same

You must use special cable (not just rx/tx/gnd) for this model.
This cable should be bought separately.

Why so ?
