And fore this I can't read mep.

Hello

Turn Off Mobile ,Insert Sim and Power on and see Phone ask to Unlock or Not

If not ask Wipe ur phone then try Read MEP

Phone ask unlock.I think it need factory reset,is there any program?If yes give me it please.
