sir when i am try to login on online support then it's show
authentication failed: "idxxxx" pass"xxx"

stap 1. run dongle manager
2. read smart card information
3. go to online support http://user.infinity-box.com:82/inc/login.php
4. try to login based id and pass genrate by dongle manager ...

if i am do anything wrong then tell me
if all is done ok then why it's show me login error..

use latest dongle manager v1.41 and read card info

if ur id is 12345678. pls add 00

example 0012345678

Probably you have entered wrong login/password.
If you still have a problem even after instruction that I just posted - contact to [email protected]
