Please ignore e-mail that you have got from supporter several hours ago.
Please read How to fix: Dongle is blocked - GSM-Forum

You will see that if you attack server many time your account will be locked for 24 hours.
You have mad 19 attacks today.
Please make a post in this thread after 24 hours, we will check is your account unlocked or not.
