C-139 not connected? - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i have C-139 for UNLOCK, but as i connect it with software it gives CONNECTION ERR. I dont know why, well i have tried so many times but always ERROR.Any body can guide me how to solve this problem and how to unlock it?

check firmware version of the mobile ...check if tracfone or cingular locked...

you can used infinity box toconnect it or smartclip for direct unlock
