Dear JUST " master reset " the phone.

AND look for the "band settings" under settings menu.

I hope all wud be ok.

from the menu itself just as done in any phone e.g.---nokia,s restore factory settings

Settings > Other Settings > Initial Setup > MASTER RESET - Then it will ask the code : 1234
