c139 how to remove subsidy pass word


I have a motorola c139.
when insert sim card its show subsidy password.
when I press user/phone lock code its work properly,
while I press SP lock.
it doesnt work.
Images r attached.
My Question.
I have to give some heat to its cpu.?????????
I have to cut its test point?????????
or I have to remove its cpu and put again?????

3.2. New phone PCB type, need to desolder CPU, remove ball “N1” and continue with instruction below:

Boss I have very weak english language .
according to above instruction I remove cpu and cut N1 and put cpu back again.
now set is not powering on.
I did right or I do something wrong????

Yes, you are right.
Phone can not power-on after N1 ball was removed.

but sir now set i not flashing, nor sp lock is working even not any function is working of software

Hello,

After you have removed N1 ball phone can not power-on well but it should be connected with software.
If phone can not be connected with software please double check that you have installed CPU back well.
