Also you can start Infinity GD67 software and make "Lock Code" operation, this also clean phone memory.
And check phone hw, it can be hw fault.

i did not get gd 67 cable with infinity.so i used universal box in place of infinity and tried unlock-set unlocked-reboot problem solved
