can read detailed info, but can not read general info

I have brand new phone here Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte Golden, back label: Nokia 8800e ,FCC ID: PPIRM-233. I can read detailed info successfully (even full flash), but I can't read general info at all. I use ChineseMiracle v2.98

The strange thing is - I have to hold power button about 1 min, before "release power button now" sign appears (progress bar moves slowly to the end).

here is the log of detailed info

yes, phone is powered on. I was trying different modes (with SIM, without SIM) - same result.
actually I don't need to read general info for this moment (phone is brand new),but I thought it could be new chip/firmware not supported by Infinity.I have seen a lot of different ChineseMiracle models - this is first time I can't read general info from totally working phone with right pin-out. Seen strange for me.

hello!

i think you can solve this problem like this:
read out full flash and extract keyboard codes.
using them access to Engeneering menu of phone and find UART options.
ussually it is turned off or set to port#2.
you must enable it or set to port #1 to get communcation in General mode
