can we fix service problem with infinity - GSM-Forum

hi

there is many china sets witch have service problem ( not fallen down,not water damaged) this fault comes itself , one user is saying "I only change sim and now there is no service or set some time shows "Emergency call" ...........need help from infinity team

hello!

this can be caused by 2 reasons:
1. software
2. hardware

infinity software can do all needed operations with software part.
so if all is tryed: format safe, complete, imei restore, flashing- then you must turn to hardware checking
