cant open clientSE.exe - GSM-Forum

Hi this is my first time using this module. Whenever I open it I get this

Infinity Box DB2020 1.0.2
READER: axalto e-gate 0 OK!
INFO: Box found.
RUNNING UPDATE
FTP: connecting to server eagle.wotanserver.com
FTP: connecting to server
error no.: #12003
EXT. ERROR CODE: 0
550 /pub/version/version.zip: No such file or directory
FTP: FAILED
you should check your internet connection
see wotan.log for more info
UPDATE FAILED
UPDATE: can't open data file
"version/version.txt": No such file or directory
UPDATE FAILED

most obvious it cannot be my internet connection because I'm posting this> I also shut down my firewall so what can be the problem?

ClientSE is temprary out of service

ok. one question though. Do I need logs to unlock non db2020 phones like the z525?

Infinity-Box support unlimited direct unlock for J100, J10, K200, K205, K220, T250, Z250, Z320.
