This card was registered in year 2009 so it's quite old card and it may be card hardware fault.


Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

card 7B6A6605 is from year 2009
As you can see by link https://www.infinity-box.com/doc/?r=20 ordinary we do not transfer activations to cards that is older than 5 years.
if you insist we can make transfer, but if you "new" card becom also damaged it may be a problem with future transfers because you have hua activation on your old card.

should we make transfer to your "new" card from year 2009 ?

yes please transfer My All Activations from my old card To my new used Card because only card is not available here in Pakistan ..

"only card" price is almost the same as "dongle" because dongle = card + card-reader
I am sure "dongle" available everywhere.
