Try to connect Dongle to another PC Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it) If problem still exist: - Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader - Clean Smart-Card contacts - Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card - Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle. | |

Member: 1043909 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60,926 | card 7B6A6605 is from year 2009 As you can see by link https://www.infinity-box.com/doc/?r=20 ordinary we do not transfer activations to cards that is older than 5 years. if you insist we can make transfer, but if you "new" card becom also damaged it may be a problem with future transfers because you have hua activation on your old card. should we make transfer to your "new" card from year 2009 ? |
