maybe phones HW is damaged my CF61 was flashing perfectly

How can the hardware be damaged, the phone worked fine before, the only problem was bluetooth (not woriking properly) and that the phone could not delate shoted pictures. Do you realy think it is hardware problem??

I have checked. the phone is in a very good condition, i mean no water, nothing else, it is almost new. I just don't understand what can be the reason

it can be problem with flash chip (hardware problem). I am not sure, but it can be so, because phone had problem to delete files.
Try to rehot/resolder flash chip and repeat process.

I should say, that for the first time when i tried to flash it, the flashing process was very fast, about 10 seconds, but when flashing LP, it stoped at 82%, but hte phone turned on and worked, i repated the flashing, the second time was the same, after it i tried to write Eeprom repair file from support CF61_repair_eeprom_03.90E (the phones software version was v103.90M), that time it stopped at the start. After it phone coudnt write even it's eeprom backup, always the same error, now it can connect with soft, but can't be flashed and do not turn on! Do you stiil think that it can be the flash problem, I mean hardware??

As I can see, your phone has nothing special inside, ordinary flash chip (like in other phones, even in compare with phones that was described in this thread before) so I don't see any other problem than problem with flash chip.

First time flashing (10 sec process): you had "smart write" option checked, and when you tried to flash phone it was not flashing, but verification only. Phone can't be flashed for 10 sec only.
But when you start really write data in phone you see errors.
