i av activated chinese miracle2 on infinty best dongle (sn/683C806A) after when i tried to open CM2 i av thuis message

"you must activate this software via infinity online service"

how can i do now

683C806A - wrong S/N.
What is your S/N ?

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

This is What i get now and it says dongle not connected

yes i have installed required drivers and tried updating, now i cannot even use my best software anymore

is now telling me to connect dongle but dongle is already connected

i have done that. drivers installed fine but when i tried to update i get error. Failed to upgrade applet. I do not have any different smart card to test it but i really need my dongle working
