need help i got my cm2 dongle suport activated a day ago and now not a single module is runing fault.bin file is attached here

Hello,

Upload file fault.bin to mega.nz and post link here.
File is at /InfinityBox/CM2MT2/ or /InfinityBox/CM2SP2/ or /InfinityBox/BEST/ folder

1. Read NOTE - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.






If you still have a problem post here your dongle S/N

- Run DongleManager.exe - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5




- Make "Read Serial Number (S/N)"




DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window.
