Cm2 some icon not opening

I format my computer system of recent since then this module not
opening cm2scr,cmtmt2,cm2ast,cm2olm other opens and work fine

Have run dongle manager and update firmware
uninstall delete and re install
no usb sharing software on my system
test on the 2pc
NO FAULT BIN FILE

Do you see in running process list any kind of sharing/trace or similar process ?

thanks i reformat the system install security essential then install cm2scr,olm first is opening now
