CM2MT2 _v2.21 Failed to open port error - GSM-Forum

Hi Dear team ,
Plese i need your help :
Today i tryed to launch CM2MT2 _v2.21 (i dont used it befor !!!)
but when i select sSLA and clicl identify i face this error :Failed to open port !!
Please help me ..

Brother did you try to press vol button because some fone work with pressing vol down or vol up

Hi,
Sorry i'm late to reply ...
As you can see in the picture , the soft give me automaticly the error just after "waiting device connection" !!!
So i have not the time to connect the device !!!

driver problem
change or rapeir drive problem solve

Now all is ok after deleting some drivers ...
