Hello,
Try to connect phone without any key
Or
-First Init Preloader in Extra tab and select preloader from firmware folder
-(Don't connect phone) wait for process to finish or Stop it manually
-Go to Service tab and remove FRP
Or
Select firmware and try to remove FRP.
Post result.
