Dongle Manager Shows BEST but its Infinity Main


Where is problem
I want to renew my support therefore read s/n from dongle manager shows following logs

it will not able to upgrade as my dongle support is expired
Dongle manager shows this S/N but when i visit support area through shell it shows another S/N at Upper corner with ip address should i pm you that S/n shown in support?
tried update firmware with dongle manager give this error

first check on best exe this card working with best ?
if this not working on best software that mean have fault any where
if this working with best 10000% dongle manager never give this type information

Dr sir
I have a problm with best. Dongle.
When im triying launch Best application it shows dongledongle is
Blocked . withih out any Error code .
I also tried to read the dongle status with Dongle manager
But all in vain. It shows IDentification data is damaged
With a ERROR code #6A.
And faild update the dongle with donglemanager due to old versoverson of
Dongle manager (v1.56).
Most of all finding no solution OS over internet.
New dongle manager can download but cant extract its file. Already damaged
RAR file is downloading everytime.
Sir plz clr my confusson how to solve this problem.
