I have dt client 1.4 and I am getting "Error checking verfiy your firewall and internet connection" I installad Net Framework 4 but still same error ,please let me know how to fix that error

sir I had 10 log in that user dts77991367 I used 8 log but now 2 left and I can,t use any more please do I need to refund money of 2 log or you guys solve that error?
